You automatically become a GLinsider_® when you purchase one of our GLam or GLow sets.

What's the difference between the original GLam & GLow membership and the new GLinsider_® programme?

The new GLinsider® programme is the only membership rewards programme we offer. We have retired all our previous memberships.

What if I was a GLam & GLow member previously? Can I automatically become a GL Insider_®

To become a GLinsider®, we recommend you purchase either our new GLam set or GLow set, both of which are very similar to the sets you bought previously to become a GLam & GLow member, but with bigger savings!

Can I use the value from my GLam or GLow set to redeem seasonal bundles or sets that are on special discount on the website?

You can redeem only regular-priced and individual products on our website. They are not valid on any seasonal promotions or offers.

How many times can I buy GLam and GLow sets?

Your GLinsider_® lasts for 1 year. If you do not hit the minimum spend to renew, you can buy another set when your membership expires.

Can I pay for the GLam or GLow sets by installments?

Yes, we've partnered with Atome to offer you 3 easy installments on every order.  Please write to cs@a-drbrand.com for Atome payment plan.

How do I redeem my products with the entitled product credits?

Your product credits will be credited into your eWallet. The credits are adjusted for the 20% discount you are entitled to when you log in as a GLinsider_®. You are required to set up your eWallet upon registration to purchase GLinsider_® value sets. To use your eWallet credits, check the eWallet option when selecting the payment methods upon checkout. You may also opt to split the payment between your credits and cash by checking both the eWallet and Credit Card options upon payment.

Do I need to redeem the full value of my product entitlement at one go?

If you purchase a GLam or GLow set, you will be given 1 month (for GLow), and 3 months for (GLam) to redeem your products in full. We are happy to assist you with suitable product recommendations based on your skin concerns, for gifts, or for travel. Please contact our Beauty Concierge for assistance here.

Can I redeem multiples of the same product, instead of different ones?

Yes, you can redeem multiples of the same product.

Are the DrHair_® and DrSpa_® treatments complimentary?

Yes, they are complimentary upon purchase of GLinsider_® GLam and GLow value sets. These treatments are redeemable only when you are a new customer of DrHair_® or DrSpa_® and have not visited either in the last 12 months. You are also required to be 21 and above, and a resident of Singapore.

When can I start getting 20% off my purchases on the website?

This Insider-only discount starts immediately once you have completed your purchase of GLow or GLam set. You can then use the 20% discount on any product as many times as you like so long as you remain a GLinsider®.

Is there a minimum spend to enjoy the 20% discount?

Nope. And you always get free SG delivery!

Can my friends and family use my personal code more than once?

Yes, your Friends & Family benefits last as long as you're an Insider.

Can my friends and family use my referral code to purchase the GLow or GLam sets?

Yes, and when they do, you'll also get a 10% referral fee. Unfortunately, they are not entitled to a 10% discount on the GLam or GLow sets or other promotional items/sets.

If you're a GLinsider®, you'll be notified of our upcoming events. Watch out for them!

Do my friends get to enjoy a discount if they want to make a purchase on DrGL.com?

Yes they do! When they use your affiliate link, they will get to enjoy 10% off all regular-priced products on all their orders. In return, you’ll earn 10% in referral rebates (less GST) on all successful referral purchases with your link.

How long is the membership for? Does the membership expire?

Our GL Insider® membership is for one year (12 months). During this time, you will enjoy the full benefits, and enjoy 20% off regular-priced products on DrGL.com

How can I maintain my GL Insider® membership?

As long as you spend S$499 within one year (12 months), your membership will be automatically renewed. After the 12 months of your membership, if you have not spent S$499, your GL Insider® membership will expire, and you will automatically revert to a Green member. You will restart your GL Insider® membership the moment you buy one of our GLam or GLow sets
